If you are in Tarragona for a few days and do not want to lose your training, a day pass is the simplest way in: €15 for a full day of access, no membership, no contract, nothing to cancel afterwards.

What the day pass includes

  • Full access on the day you come, at whatever hour suits you. Each day you train is one pass.
  • Everything in the room: 7 competition racks, deadlift platforms, 3,000+ kg of calibrated plates, dumbbells, machines and the functional area.
  • Chilled remineralised water, and free parking at the door.
  • Credited in full against your first month if you decide to join.

Who it is for

Mostly three kinds of people. Travellers staying in Tarragona, Salou or Cambrils who train seriously enough that a hotel gym is not going to work. People who have just moved here and want to see a place properly before committing to anything. And locals who want to test the room with their own hands before switching gyms.

How to get one

Message us on WhatsApp with the day you want to come. We will tell you how to get in and sort the pass when you arrive. It takes a couple of minutes and you can do the whole thing in English.

We are in Polígono Riu-Clar, an industrial estate on the west side of the city, which is exactly why there is room for seven racks and a set of platforms. By car it is a short hop from the coast.

Day pass: common questions

How much is a day pass at the gym?
A single day pass is €15 and gives full access for the whole day. A pack of 15 passes is €150 (€10 a pass) with no expiry date.
Is the €15 wasted if I decide to join?
No. The day pass is credited in full against your first membership payment, so it costs you nothing extra to try the gym first.
Do I need to book in advance?
Message us on WhatsApp with the day you plan to come so we can have your access ready. There is no booking system and no time slot: the pass covers that whole day.
Is it 24 hours or one day?
One day. The pass is valid for the day you come, at whatever hour suits you: early, late or the middle of the night. Coming back another day, even the next morning, is another pass.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just normal training kit and indoor shoes. Belts, sleeves, straps and chalk are welcome if you use them. There is no equipment you need to bring: the bars, plates and platforms are all here.
Do you have free trial sessions?
No. We do not run free passes or free sessions, and that is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight. The €15 pass being credited against your first month is the closest thing, and it means anyone who joins has actually trained here first.
Is there a gym near PortAventura or Salou?
We are in Polígono Riu-Clar in Tarragona, about 17 minutes by car from Salou and 20 from the PortAventura hotels, with free parking. Drive times from Salou, La Pineda, Cambrils and Reus.
