Open when you actually need it
Members get their own access, so the gym is open at 6am before a shift, at midnight after one, and on every public holiday in the calendar. There is no reception to wait for and no closing time to train around.
This is also why it never feels packed. Round-the-clock access spreads people across the whole day instead of funnelling everyone into the 7–9pm window, which is when most gyms become unusable for anything involving a barbell.
Equipment you will not outgrow
- Seven competition power racks with safety spotters, adjustable J-hooks and band pegs.
- Over 3,000 kg of calibrated Maniak plates, 20 kg Olympic bars and specialist bars.
- Dedicated deadlift platforms at standard dimensions, so you can pull heavy and drop the bar.
- HiPower and ATX competition benches, flat and adjustable, at competition height.
- Machines and free weights — leg press, chest press, seated row, hamstring curl, adductor, jammer arms, dumbbells and cables.
- A functional area with indoor turf, an assault bike, a curved treadmill, a plyo box and a punch bag.
Every plan gives you all of it. There are no zone surcharges and no discipline-based pricing — see the full equipment list or photographs of the room.
Try it for a day
A day pass costs €15 and gives full 24 hour access. If you then join, the €15 is credited in full against your first month, so trying it first costs nothing in the end. There is also a 15-pass pack for €150 (€10 a pass) that never expires.

Where we are
Calle Granit 16, Nave 1, Polígono Riu-Clar, 43005 Tarragona — with free parking at the door. Roughly ten minutes from the city centre and a few minutes from Reus, Vila-seca, Salou and Cambrils.
The gym runs day to day in Spanish and Catalan, but membership, your induction and any question you have can all be handled in English. Get in touch and we will arrange a time to show you round.
