If you are on holiday in Salou and the hotel gym is a treadmill and a rack of light dumbbells, Bollodromo is about 17 minutes away by car. We are not in Salou: we are in Polígono Riu-Clar, Tarragona, on an industrial estate with free parking at the door. And we are a strength gym, with seven competition racks, deadlift platforms and over 3,000 kg of calibrated plates. A €15 day pass gets you in for the day, and all of it can be sorted in English.
Getting here from Salou
It is about 16 km, around 17 minutes by car. Leave Salou on the C-31B towards Tarragona and carry on to Polígono Riu-Clar; we are at Calle Granit 16, Nave 1. Parking is free and right outside, which is more than anyone can say for the seafront in August.
No car? The gym is on an industrial estate rather than in a town centre, so check the route before you set off. A taxi is the simplest option.
Training around a holiday
The day pass is valid for the day you come, at whatever hour suits you, which makes it easy to fit around the rest of the trip: lift early and be on the beach by ten, or come over in the evening after a day at PortAventura. Each day you train is one pass.
Here for more than a few days?
For a session or two, the day pass is the simplest way in. Staying longer? Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will sort out what makes sense for you.
Living in Salou?
If you work the season or have moved to the coast for good, the gym works as your gym, not just a holiday stop. Membership is monthly with no minimum term, the induction and any question are handled in English, and within a few weeks people know your name. That part is the point of the place. Start with the plans, or read about what the room is like.
